(Hour 3c) Keith Sarasin wants to be out of a job.
A chef for the last five years, Sarasin noticed a real disconnect between “old” farmers and local restaurateurs about two years ago.
Since then, he has been working with local farmers like the Rickety Ranch in Hollis, NH to connect with local restaurants in marketing their products.
Sarasin shared his passion for fresh, local produce. Especially peak-picked tomatoes! Keith talked about the huge distribution problem in connecting farmers with restaurants.
Sarasin gave us the delicious details on the upcoming Farmer’s Dinner in Nashua on Sunday, September 21st. Their biggest event yet!
