(Hour 2c) Manchester Health Director Tim Soucy saluted the personnel from AMR for their head’s up handling of the Spice overdoses at the onset.
Soucy gave us the dreadful details on the alarming number of overdoses in the Queen City from users of the drug Spice and the strain they put on City resources.
We discussed the “really bad product” that has been banned in 40 states because of the way it’s made, the City’s response to the threat and where Soucy thinks we should go from here. Should the substance be permanently banned?
