Ozzy came to the shelter withaggression problems: he didn’t play well with other dogs. Greenglass and her staff worked with Ozzy to smooth out the edges. See Ozzy’s pic on Facebook
Scared dogs, not aggressive ones, are what Greenglass and her staff are more accustomed to seeing.
Greenglass sang the praises of the volunteers who make a difference everyday and the reinforcements that show up during emergencies. For example, when pipes freeze and roofs cave in.
