(Hour 1c) Ed Naile, President of the Coalition of NH Taxpayers gave us the details on a case of Voter Fraud that the NH AG’s office is actually prosecuting.
Hats off to Joe Foster for investigating, indicting and prosecuting Lorin C. Schneider. Schneider has been living in Carver, MA and voting in Manchester.
Here’s the press release:
Attorney General Joseph A. Foster announces that Lorin C. Schneider, Jr., of Carver, Massachusetts has plead guilty in Hillsborough County, Northern District, Superior Court to one felony count and two misdemeanor counts of wrongful voting in violation of RSA 659:34, I (e).
By law, a voter may only vote in the town, ward, or unincorporated place in which he or she is domiciled. On November 6, 2012, during the Presidential Election, Schneider voted in the Ward 9 polling place in Manchester. However, at the time Schneider was domiciled in Massachusetts, where it appears he has lived for over two decades. Similarly, Schneider voted in Ward 9 during the 2008 Presidential Election and 2012 Presidential Primary Election, while not being legally qualified to vote in New Hampshire.
Schneider received a 1 to 3 year state prison sentence, suspended for a period of 5 years, while on good behavior. Schneider is required to pay a fine of $5,000, plus a 24% penalty assessment. As a result of his convictions, Schneider loses his right to vote in New Hampshire, even if otherwise qualified, pursuant to Part I, Article 11 of the New Hampshire Constitution
Naile discussed coordinated efforts with other organizations to “stalk & track” ballot thieves. And apply street justice, too!
