(Hour 3b) Republican Gubernatorial candidate Andrew Hemingway gave us a scoop this morning. Hemingway shared his small government solution for expanded gambling in NH.
His proposal is to allow the over 300 local charities currently running charity gambling facilities to install slot machines. A better proposal than the one that would expand Big Government by Senator Lou D’Allesandro?
The increased revenues could help shore up some of the looming fiscal issues in Concord including those unfunded pensions that Governor Maggie Hassan has all but ignored. How grim is NH’s financial future? Read more in the On Air News Read
