(Hour 2c) James Patrick Riley of Courage New Hampshire took us back to colonial times from our own backyard. Reading from Matthew Patton’s detailed journal, Riley painted a picture about how the community commerce from 1758 to 1780.
Riley also sounded off on the Free Speech police infiltrating campuses at Dartmouth and Duke. Why do some minority college students there have such a problem with what white students say? The word “fiesta” and the term “man up” are offensive? Have we returned to the colonial days of oppressing free speech?
