(Hour 2a) Our quizzical host connected a few dots between the Bedford and Hooksett School Boards. Are the situations between the two really all that different? Whether we’re discussing tuition contracts or student surveys, elected officials arguing with or shutting out parents is not a good thing.
Have these governing bodies forgotten their role as servants of the people who are supposed to be questioning and holding administrators accountable? Are more parents not speaking out for fear of reprisal? And since when does the Bedford School District need permission from a testing company to notify parents of questionable questions?
