Levasseur’s claims were tossed out of court.
Alderman at Large Joe Kelly Levasseur’s attempt to block the release of information sought and obtained under RSA 91-A, New Hampshire’s Right to Know Law, was rejected by the court. While Levasseur has bizarrely claimed a victory in wake of the dismissal of every complaint he filed against Girard at Large, the facts are notably different.
In the hearing, Levasseur admitted the emails he forwarded to city departments were public records under the law. As a result, the court dismissed all Levasseur’s attempts to prevent the release, sharing or force the return of the emails this broadcast had sought.
