(Hour 3b, c) Senior Fellow Sid Glassner offered his amazing perspective on public education with us once again. Sid sounded off on what he described as the disgraceful and irresponsible behavior of the NH State Legislature. The education of our children shouldn’t be second to party line votes in Concord. He sat in on two hearings on HB 1508 and was amazed at how little our elected officials actually understand about Common Core. Glassner also hammered NH Commissioner Virginia Barry for her unwillingness to engage in any debate on Common Core “because she cannot defend it!”

Glassner does some Federal Education mythbusting and shared some not-so-negative numbers on American education. And he had much more criticism to dish out about the “sheer, absolute nonsense” of Common Core and it’s shameless supporters.
