(Hour 1b, c) Former U.S. Senator Bob Smith joined us and he absolutely took the gloves off. “I won’t defend the establishment GOP, ” says Smith and he laid down the hammer on Republicans and Democrats both for the direction that our country is headed in. He shares voter’s concerns about the national debt, excessive regulation and federal infringement on our freedoms. “It’s essentially the Central Planners in Washington DC planning our lives vs. Freedom and local control,” says Smith. Smith also sounded off on Dodd/Frank (“a regulatory nightmare”), the Department of Education (“we’ve lost control of our kids”) and Scott Brown (“voted with the Democrats more than 50% of the time”).
