(Hour 2a) Our Humble Host believes the Board of Mayor & Aldermen has the power to remove a sitting Alderman and made the case for them to do so with Alderman at Large Joe Kelly Levasseur. Censure is not enough in Rich’s opinion, and he believes Levasseur should follow the same advice he had for former Alderman Russell Ouellette when he pressed for him to resign due to conduct unbecoming. And that was before Ouellette had even had his day in court. Levasseur’s had his day in court. The NH Attorney General ruled. The verdict is in.
