NH Education Commissioner Virginia Barry said, “We didn’t adopt (Common Core standards), we only endorsed them.” Really? The evidence is to the contrary and we have PLENTY of it. Also, House Bill business in Concord. One of which seeks to charge NH residents for Right to Know requests. Will paying for Right to Know requests also help speed up the response time?

I have glanced over the posted tests. They are obviously aligned to the Common Core, as can be identified by the numbers to the right of each question. Those are the Core Standards to which they are aligned. I am shocked by the lack of actual math, solving problems, in the lower grades.
