Rich discusses the Manchester Dog Park Association’s annual meeting, the investigation into whether or not Alderman at-Large Joe Kelly Levasseur improperly obtained information from the MDPA’s insurance company, recounts the series of events that led to the investigation and introduces a new guest host. Clips of Levasseur’s mutterings at the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and the board’s action receiving and filing then Ward 10 Alderman Phil Greazzo’s request to forward Levasseur’s transgressions to Board of Mayor and Aldermen’s Conduct Board are included, as is Greazzo’s invocation of the charter to require an investigation by the Office of the Mayor. Of course, our analysis of the situation is included.
