Tom Wright(Hour 1a, b) Tom Wright lives next door to Ward 10 Aldermanic candidate Bill Barry and shared us the reasons why he felt it necessary to report his neighbor to the planning board for not getting permits for deck construction.  Is this, and the fact that Barry doesn’t recycle, really something that warrants a discussion?  Tom thinks so when he proclaims, “we’re all supposed to follow the rules, especially if you’re going to run for office.”
