(Hour 3b, c) Dr. Tom Brennan shared his thoughts on the Board of School Committee’s decision to dump Common Core in favor of developing our own standards. “As Manchester goes, New Hampshire goes,” claims Brennan and he discussed the approach that he advocated for when he was on the job and that now seems to be the direction in which the City is headed. “Teacher’s and Principal’s Unions need to be involved in the process along with parents and administrators. An all-in effort is needed.”
