(Hour 3b, c) Former Manchester Superintendant of Schools Tom Brennan broke news this morning when he told us that “Nationalization is the intent of Common Core.” Tom agrees with Mayor Ted Gatsas that teaching kids to read is the most essential piece to the educational puzzle. And he goes into detail about Common Core essentially being “just another federal program among 30 years of government programs” that are making matters worse, not better.

Memorial High is implementing Common Core SCIENCE. Windham is implementing CCSS for Science too. How is that happening at all?
ONLY Math and English Language Arts Common Core State Standards have been adopted by the NH Board of Education by a 4-1 vote on July 8, 2010. Where’s the vote to adopt CCSS for Science?
