Believes in smaller more efficient government
Timothy Sawyer is a lifelong Ward 9 resident. He has watched Manchester go through many evolutions. He has taken his campaign to the streets knocking on the doors of Ward 9 residents. The issues in his ward range from the traffic on Gold Street to wanting street lights in residential areas. He’s listening and taking notes because when he’s elected he’s making constituent service a top priority.
In his own words:
Why am I running? I am a fiscal conservative; I believe in smaller more efficient government. I will work with the police and fire departments to keep our city and our streets safe. I will also work with parents and teachers so we have excellent schools. I want to make sure that the Manchester community continues to thrive. If I am elected I will also return all calls because I believe that’s what an Alderman should do.
Biography:
Tim Sawyer is a licensed electrician. He is the proud parent of three children that attend Manchester public schools. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Management and has lived in Ward 9 since the day he was born.
