Mayor Ted Gatsas(Hour 3b, c) Mayor Ted Gatsas came in to talk Dog Parks in Manchester and barking dogs in Hooksett.  On Peanut Park in Manchester, “Nobody wanted (a Dog Park) four years ago. Phil delivered.”  Also, the Pearl Street Parking Lot, the odd/even parking ban, city crime and a potential movie theatre downtown.  On Hooksett, “If people want to keep throwing mud in our face, the dog’s gonna bite.”  His thoughts on the tuition contract,  Hooksett’s School Board and their Superintendent of Schools.
