(Hour 2a) Truth-telling seems to be a challenge at the Manchester Chamber, and we’ve published the e-mails to prove it (link to earlier archive below). We were NOT invited to the Mayoral Debate, and it’s obvious to us that the folks running the Manchester Chamber of Commerce really didn’t want us there. And we feel the need to set the record straight about that.

The NH BIA (Business and Industry Association) is NH’s Statewide Chamber of Commerce. They are strong supporters of COMMON CORE and will be coming out with a strategic initiative in November on CCSS, which is likely public / private partnerships or internships for students. This provides businesses with a steady stream of free or low cost labor. Will this benefit students, or just be another requirement for graduation.
Are you still surprised that the Chamber of Commerce is not welcoming opponents to Common Core to their debate?
