As many of you know I have been working for Stihl Timbersports for 25 years. I am on the production crew.

We filmed this Series Final in Milwaukie, Wisconsin at a German heritage festival. It was great. All 12,000 seats were full and then some.
This year the old guys fell, one by one, to some new, younger, competitors who have gone through the college events and come up through the ranks. I have known some since they were kids.
You might catch a glimpse of me whenever there is any kind of saw competition. I trim the wood for competitors after each event, as well as prep all the springboard poles.
We are on ABC Wide World of Sports now that ESPN has dropped Timbersports. It was a good trade. The network goes all out to get good film.
