NH Supreme Court’s Right to Know Ruling

(Hours 1a,b) Rich opened the show by talking about the New Hampshire Supreme Court’s most recent Right to Know ruling.  He addressed the cost of Right to Know requests, honing in on the policy of the Timberlane Regional School Board.  Tune in to hear more!

(Hour 1b) Rich took a call from Arthur Green of Sandown.  Arthur expressed his thoughts concerning the Supreme Court ruling and he pointed out that the School Boards have no problem emailing non-requested documents to members of the public.  Rich then read from NH’s Constitution and spoke about what’s necessary in a free society.
