Rich talked to Manchester School District Superintendent Bolgen Vargas for Is Our Children Learning. They started by talking about what the District will be doing with the additional funds that the Manchester Board of Mayor and Aldermen have allocated. (Hour 3c) Rich took a call from Jim O’Connell, who expressed his concern regarding the District’s hours calendar. They then returned to the discussion about changes to the middle schools.
