Jim started by sharing about a man who is wanted by the Dunbarton Police Department, before giving Rich details regarding how the technical side of bail works. Rich wondered about how crowded the system is and they commented on the proposed decriminalization of marijuana and hashish, talking about the effects of decriminalization or legalization in other states. Finally, Jim shared his thoughts about mandatory minimum sentencing and they pointed out that this week is National Police Week.
