(Hour 3a) Rich spoke about Mom-at-Large Patrice Benard’s budget presentation at last night’s Board of School Committee.  He shared about his frustration with the meeting and informed the listeners about Manchester’s financial situation.  He spoke about negative effects of the teacher pay raises and he pointed out differences in the budgetary allocations for Manchester, Hooksett and Bedford.  Tune in to hear more.
