(Hour 1b) Rich talked about the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision regarding President Donald Trump’s immigration ban.  He informed the listeners about similar bans from previous Presidential Administrations and talked about the 9th Circuit’s track record.  Finally, he discussed complaints that are coming out of some states and he talked about a last-ditch effort to allow refugees into the country.
