Parking Lot Opposition and Police Union Contracts with Chief Willard

(Hours 2a,b) After sharing is dissatisfaction with the weather-related school closings, Rich spoke about opposition towards the expansion of a parking lot in Manchester.  He then commented on budget issues that were discussed at last night’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting, especially the police union contracts.
