(Hour 2c) So State Senator Molly Kelly is from from Keene and her son works and lives in Boston. But wait a minute.. Why does Senator Kelly’s son vote in NH? Could it be the same reason Dover State Senator David Waters’ son, Harper Waters, votes in NH elections even though he’s lived and worked in Houston TX since 2009? Nashua State Senator Bette R. Lasky’s justified her daughter, Sarah Lasky, voting in NH while still maintaining her professional work license in California. As did Weare Representative Neal Kurk, who maintains his daughter was within her legal rights to vote in the NH elections during our previous discussion. This is not the same case with Emma Rous’ two adult children, who live in other states and vote in NH elections. Why have Patricia Kalik of Manchester and Portsmouth State Senator Martha Fuller Clark both allowed out-of-state voters, most notably Alana Biden, to use their residences for voting purposes?
