(Hour 2c) While Rich awaited the arrival of the Hooksett Chamber of Commerce he spoke to us about elections. He told us about rolling elections and the difficulties sometimes experienced when dealing with the Manchester School Board. He spoke about curriculum standards and the poor inclusion of parents in dealing with educational issues.
