We were joined this morning by Aurore Eaton for The History Lady. She spoke about a growth within Manchester. She told us about a growing dissidence within Manchester and a town hall meeting in 1839. She told us about the inception of a number of public services within Manchester that occurred as a result of the town meeting. She then talked about the changes that happened just a year later.
