(Hour 2a) Rich talked to us about the SATs this morning. He reminded his listeners that the SATs are being used as state assessments and spoke about the children that have to stay home today. He commented on Superintendent Debra Livingston’s redistricting plan and spoke about the capacity within the buildings in the Manchester School District.
