(Hours 2a,b) Rich talked to us about tonight’s Manchester Board of Mayor and Aldermen. He told us about some of the finances within the city and spoke about renovation work. He talked about state law in the matter concerning tax laws within the renovations. He spoke about incentivising people to make renovations and brought up some of the inconsistencies behind the way that the city manages this issue.

He spoke about the booming state of the Millyard right now and the need for affordable, available parking.
