As we awaited Mayor Gatsas’ arrival Rich talked about a couple of items including an audit of the city’s health insurance programs. He talked about Manchester’s School Board meeting and shared about Connie Van Houten and Art Beaudry. He talked about Leslie Want, Amy Bradley’s replacement on the Board, and shared his optimism towards her. He also gave his thoughts about how Beaudry is doing in his new position.
