Rich discussed running Government like a business this morning. He talked about items being presented to the Manchester School Board in efficient manners. He told us about the need for no more surprises and shared a move from Signature Digital Imaging which helped to get Rich the documentation that he desires. He talked about the lack of public information that is actually presented to the public and told his listeners about his plan to make it available for people to view.
