(Hour 2c) Rich talked about James Patrick Riley’s Courage, New Hampshire and Colony Bay TV to start the segment this morning. He pointed out the great benefits of getting involved and learning about the colonial era of our country. He then changed directions and discussed the plans for a new hotel in the Millyard at the Bedford Street parking lot. He told us about the great location that is Bedford Street and gave some feedback from its neighbors. He talked about the projected costs, opposition to the project and making a TIF (Tax Incriment Financing) district for the Millyard. Tune in to hear all about it.
