Rich and Jim Gaudet discussed police response time and procedure in regards with a recent incident that took place at the Manchester School of Technology. He asked Jim about Manchester Police Chief Nick Willard, who is receiving the majority of the criticism in this situation. The two of them then changed subjects by talking about their French backgrounds.
