Rich talked to us about last night’s Manchester Board of School Committee meeting. He talked about John Avard’s concerns regarding the Manchester School of Technology. He also talked about redistricting and he took a call from Neil in Manchester who wanted to chime in on last night’s meeting. Finally, Rich wondered about the prospect of schools sharing spaces and he talked about the Mayor’s proposition to have each school build their own budget.
