Rich started the segment talking about the teacher’s contract. Some would make the argument that the way that the teachers have organized things they slide underneath the hammer of Obamacare. Why aren’t we looking for a deal that takes the savings from the health insurance and use it to hire more teachers, Rich wondered aloud.
