Manchester school district superintendent Debra Livingston has refused to release documents relating to a controversial “anti-bullying” exercise conducted at the Hallsville school. Is withholding these documents a violation of RSA 91-A, also known as the Right to Know law?
We continue with the news of a tentative teachers contract agreement, but the details have not been released. Ward 10 school board member John Avard claims the contract must be voted on before details can be made public, but former school board member David Pearl says this is not supported by law.
