(Hour 3a)
NH Right to Life president Jane Cormier called in this morning to urge her listeners to support House Bill 403, the so-called “Buffer zone” law. She sites numerous examples of why this legislation is flawed and should be killed. The original law has been found to be unconstitutional and is, at best, fiscally irresponsible.
She also teaches us about House Bill 560, or “Griffin’s Law,” and why it differs from the so-called- “Personhood” legislation.
The segment ends with a disruption of House Bill 323, and why you should be concerned about how this could affect local control.
