(Hour 3c) Susan Laughlin brought in some Indian ingenuity, sharing the goodies she cooked up with her cohorts in an Indian food cooking class. We got to try some Papadum- a bread that is quickly fried with fennel seed and other spices. Also featured was organic rhubarb liquor, which sweet and delicious according to Josh.
