(Hour 3c) The festive Susan Laughlin discusses with the Girard at Large crew about the pie day event over the weekend she was a part of the event and she brought and the “remnants” of it in to share with us. Laughlin told us about the many restaurants that took part in the event and who came out on top as the winners of each category. While in Manchester, Susan visited a couple of restaurants and she lets us know about some of the restaurants and their offerings that we can find in our OWN backyard!
