(Hour 2a) We are over testing our kids to an immense degree and the Union’s solution is to get more staff. More staff to administer the test. More staff to fill the classrooms. The Manchester School District is spending more money to perpetuate the status quo, and teachers are asking for more money on their contracts for the amount of time they work. Well, add up the hours a year between a part time and full time employee and look where teachers fall. So it is time to ask…. is it for Education or is it really just for the Union?
