Brenda Garcia came in-studio to tell us the very sad story of her niece, Amanda Beauchamp. Amanda is young woman dying of neuroendocrine cancer and she desperately needs our help.
Amanda and Brenda have reached out to Girard At Large in order to seek Manchester’s help and generosity to ensure the well-being of her two children when she passes. In this clip, learn all about Amanda and her two very young children.
Moreover, learn how you can help by attending a special fundraiser to support this cause. The fundraiser and spaghetti dinner is tonight, June 5, 2013 in the St. Raphael Church Cafeteria at 103 Walker Street on the City’s West Side. (That’s in Granite Square.) Seatings for the supper are scheduled at 4, 5 and 6 PM. Those interested in attending are asked to contact The Growing Years Early Childhood Center, at 603-622-7072. Tickets are $15 per family (up to 5 people) will also be available at the door.
