(Hour 3c) Helen Ryba joined us in studio and NH Magazine food editor Susan Laughlin called in from The Big Apple for this week’s edition of Quisine City.
Ryba spiced up our coffee with some local whiskey from Gin Spirits in Nashua and she sang the praises of local craft gin & whiskey distillers that are “springing up.”
We also got a long list of interesting food trends for 2015. Fermented bugs and insects inside protein bars made the list, too. Oh My HEAD!
