Gatsas discussed yesterday’s vote against the Charter Amendment. What is the practical impact of the vote and how will it affect the City budget?
“Just the tip of the iceberg,” said Gatsas, who proceeded to address a laundry list of other things the City needs to do including contract negotiations with Manchester employees and rising healthcare costs.
