Does Hooksett Elf Admit Legal Breach?
Rich Girard Assertion #2: That Hooksett changed its policies and ignored the law that required the demonstration of a “manifest educational hardship” in granting of waivers is truth.
What you are not telling the good people Rich Richard H. Girard is that the JC policy had no hardship clause when the contract with Manchester was signed, correct? Then some Hooksett officials messed with the JC policy, added hardship, was proved invalid to add and was removed because it was undefinable….some of those officials were voted out of office. This does not agree with the spin coming out of the Manchester politicians Rich but history will judge who is siding with who, and who is standing up for real truth, and the “spun” truth….stick to the contract language Rich which reads:

“High School Maintenance Agreement”
“The sending districts agree to send all of their public high school students to Manchester high schools with the exception of those students who petition a sending district school board to attend a different high school and are approved for such attendance on a case-by-case basis.”

John Lyscars Still waiting on the state law that trumps this one Rich……show us you are not biased…..show us that you are more than a radio talk show host and are really in this to uncover the data for all to review and make their own conclusions……..I am looking forward to the information you share.

Richard H. Girard Proof that you’re a fool properly dressed in your Elf costume our in extreme denial over the situation. While it took longer than I expected to prove this beyond a doubt for all who are paying attention, it is now done and so am I…at least here on facebook.
-
Richard H. Girard By the way, I’ll take this post as an admission that you understand the constraints of the law and are hoping they don’t apply.

John Lyscars Richard H. Girard it is when you stoop to this level that I lose all respect for your words…..but at least you are consistent. To understand the Elf costume, please consult your own country’s history to understand how patriots donned indian costumes…See More

John Lyscars HELP members, we will not resort to personal attacks, but it is always good to allow radio disk jockeys in to show us how it is done……
-
Richard H. Girard Oh, poor John Lyscars. It’s OK to refer to me in less than flattering ways as little more than a radio talk show host, disk jockey, politician, and puppet of other politicians. That’s not personal coming from you. Reminding everybody of your costumed escapades, of course is entirely different. Hahaha! Oh, BTW, you’ve still not dealt with Hooksett’s violation of RSA 193:3. Cheers.

Jennifer McLeod Finch The colonists donned Native American costumes while throwing the tea into Boston Harbor in order to hide their identities. We are all very, VERY much aware that it was YOU in the Santa’s Elf costume, John Lyscars.

John Lyscars Our patriot forefathers did this to bring attention to a problem that they were fed up with…….I brought a 7 point proposal to the Mayor dressed as an Elf with Santa near the holiday season when the Mayor was happy that the failing education system …See More

Jennifer McLeod Finch To be honest, seeing as how Santa Claus in his modern form didn’t exist in America until the early 19th century, (and elves didn’t appear until around 1863 or 4), I think the patriot forefathers of our country would say, “What the bloody hell is going on here?”
But I digress. You and the education situation between Manchester and Hooksett definitely did make the front page of the Union Leader. In full color, as I recall. -
Todd Lizotte I have a great book called ,” broadsides and bayonets”, which goes over the way the colonialist used to use rhetoric speech and posters as well as symbolism to drum up the cause. I think the Elf costume was a great asymmetric approach to getting his point across and it did work.

Richard H. Girard Right. Proof is that we’re still talking about the Elf suit! LOL!
