So what is City Year? What kinds of kids do they try to help stay in school? What is causing the problems for kids in school? Tune in to find out the answers! In the second half of the hour, Rich continues his interview with City Year, and asks “how much of a child’s disengagement today are the result of a school’s design?” In other words, how much of the problem is structural?
