(Hour 1c) Chef Oonagh Williams brought in some delicious flourless chocolate cake (pudding) for our humble host’s lucky kids. Gluten-free Easter main course recipes were discussed including an herb-crusted lamb with crushed rosemary.
DJ Dave asked Oonagh what her “most famous” dessert is and Chef Williams made our mouths water when she described her very evil, orgasmic chocolate cake. Other yummy stuff included her also very famous almond cake and snow queens in Spring.
