(Hour 1b) Hooksett resident Jack Sweeney lost in his run for the Hooksett School Board by 7 votes. He joined us to discuss the election, what the results meant to him and the restrictive contract that was the agreement with Manchester. “If we’re going to force kids to go to school at one place,” stated Sweeney, “then Pinkerton Academy provided the best opportunity for Hooksett kids.” Also, his take on the actions of the previous School Board and the new Board’s decision to “evaluate the vote.”
