Dr. April Kosinski was the original host the Your Health and Wellness segment here on Girard at Large. She left the show nearly a year ago, pregnant with the son that just passed away at barely more than eight months of age.
Dr. April and Dr. John Kosinski are the owners East Coast Chiropractic in downtown Manchester. Through their business, they have touched the lives of thousands of patients, and their friends, and families over the last six years, both in their practice and through support of countless charitable causes.

Even during the toughest of times, Dr April finds ways way to change others lives. She even worked a few hours at the office while CJ was still hospitalized. She found helping others helped her mentally overcome their traumatic situation.
Now, friends and the beneficiaries of their largess are coming together to support them in their tragic time of need. While CJ battled a “first of its kind” affliction, the cause of which is still unknown, the family’s life and business came to a near standstill. They are NOT asking for help, but we are on their behalf to help them recover both financially and emotionally by asking other to share their sorrow and help them recover in celebration of CJ’s all too brief life.
Monetary donations in any amount can be made online at www.gofundme.com/bostonburrito. Contributions can also be sent or given to Amelia Hayes at East Coast Chiropractic.
